By making payment using the Custom Payment Link “I acknowledge and agree” the following terms and conditions,

1. I will send a payment ID or PDF of the receipt from the payment gateway or a Screenshot of the success page after successful payment so VEBONIX can process my order from their backend
2. It might take VEBONIX up to 8 business hours to process my order after they receive the above-mentioned payment details from me on the same mail / ticket / chat from where I had received the Custom Payment Link.
3. That my order will be processed from the backend manually by VEBONIX staff only.
4. The Pricing and Custom Payment Link is only valid for 24 hours after receiving the Custom Payment Link.
5. That Custom Payment Link amount has been round-up to cover all decimal costs in the system as this order will be processed from the backend manually; The difference amount in my Invoice and Payment Amount will automatically be added to my VEBONIX account Balance (which can be used for future orders).
